Follow-up texts on automation messages

Automation send-message steps can now include follow-up texts that go out one after another until the person replies or clicks a link in the conversation.

A send-message step in an automation can now carry a sequence of follow-ups. After the first message, each follow-up waits a set time after the previous one, at least an hour. Then, if the person still hasn't replied or clicked a link in the conversation, it sends.

A sequence also stops if the person opts out, can't be reached, or a teammate replies in the conversation. Follow-ups that would fall in quiet hours are pushed to the next allowed time in the recipient's time zone.

In the step editor, follow-ups appear as a timeline under the first message. In the inbox, each follow-up is labeled with which follow-up it was and why it was sent. The step report shows how many people reached each message, how many converted, and delivery, click, and reply figures for each message. Follow-ups are text only for now.
