See survey responses for your flows

You can now see how people answered the questions a flow asks, in a new Survey Responses tab on the flow's Usage page. It covers question steps and surveys on AI steps, with response rates and answer breakdowns for each question across every version of the flow.

Flows that ask questions, through question steps or surveys on AI steps, now have a Survey Responses tab on their Usage page, next to Used in and Conversations.

At the top you'll see how many conversations went through the flow, how many answered at least one question, and how many answered every question. Below that, each question the live version of the flow asks gets its own card, in flow order, with its response rate: how many people answered out of those who reached the step that asks it.

• Choice and Yes/No questions show a breakdown of answers. When an AI step couldn't get an answer, those show separately as "Declined."
• Number questions show the median, the range, and how answers are spread.
• Text and date questions show the five most recent answers with the person who gave them, linked to the conversation.

Answers from earlier versions of the flow are included, and if someone answers the same question more than once, only their latest answer counts. Test conversations from the simulator are left out.
